Trip from hell! Apartment was trashed!

When we arrived at the location that apartment was dirty. Ned’s were slept in trash everywhere on the floor of the bedroom. Bathroom barrel had used tampons, blood on the shower mat and blood on a pillow. We arrived at 11:30pm so had trouble reaching contact. Did reach Evolve and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean. I received a call from the owner who was very apologetic and said he would get it resolved by the next day. He said we would get a full refund and if he could get it cleaned we could stay there the next night. We had to go to the airport to get 2 hotel rooms for that night. Cost was more than one night at apartment. Well we received a refund just the other day (7 days) later and it was for a little more than half the total paid. They said it was refund on cleaning and one night for the apartment. So because of Evolves screwed up, it cost me much more than original trip was supposed to cost plus all the driving over the bridges $$ to get to the hotel and back to next day! I did speak with the owner the following day who texted to tell me the apartment had been Cleaned and I was welcome to stay there that night.
