− Everything. Everything was a hassle. Garage parking spot was a joke. Then they close down the elevator from the parking garage to your apartment when they feel like it. We're disabled so cant use the stairwell. Horrible.

− Repeated automated messages from the host requesting the same documentation, despite prior confirmation that it had already been submitted very frustrating. The microwave was not working upon arrival, and maintenance only responded on the fourth day. Furnishings and interior quality were below expectations.

7.0sooo easy. didnt have to fill out documents again. I was so surprised that the lady just handed me an envelope and that was it.
− The garage door fob wasnt working so every time we wanted to leave, we had to get someone to go to the front desk and get the reception staff to walk out and open the garage door with their fob. Also, it didnt make sense to leave the keys in the room bcuz the elevators needed the fob as well as the garage
