We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Aurora! The owners, Ivan and Marina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially as we were travelling with a baby. They made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The villa itself is spotless, with exceptional cleanliness and a clear attention to detail in every room. The garden and pool area are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family.

− The only small downside is that the villa is located near a fairly busy road, and traffic noise can be heard from the garden at times. However, this didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, property was spotless and had everything you need for a great stay.

Spotlessly clean! Had everything you would have needed. Cannot fault any part of the property. We were a group of 8 and all had space and were very comfortable. I highly recommend for a great stay.

− A 20min drive out from town however we knew this when booking so you need a hire car.

The hosts Ivan and Marina were exceptional and could not do enough for us. They even took us to their family Doctors when our Daughter was poorly. They were always on hand for us to ask any questions and even invited us for dinner. Any problems with the villa, they replied straight away. The villa was beautiful. Had everything you needed and more. The cost in to the centre of Zadar by taxi was around 20 euros and a 10 minute drive. Fantastic town with amazing views and restaurants. Organise a boat trip and the tuk tuk tour was fun.

− They had a problem with the water, completely out of the hosts control. Zadar had suffered badly with a drought so there were restrictions on some days with no water periodically. Ivan and Marina very kindly delivered us water. We found shopping quite expensive and we were unable to order food in as nowhere delivered to the villa. One of the bedrooms had twin beds and was quite small. Great if you have small children but ours are older teenagers.

Upon arrival we had a warm welcome. The house is very big and new. When we arrived it was so incredibly clean, we have never seen a house this clean before. The kitchen was absolutely perfect and everything you could think of was present in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Even in the bathroom there was a container to organize your make-up. The pool was being cleaned daily and was heated also, very lovely. It also has a playground for the children but we adults loved it too. We loved every single room of the house. We felt right at home from the start. This house had everything we needed and even more. It was truly a luxury to stay here. If we had a problem the hosts were there in a few minutes and they also gave us a lot of great suggestions for trips, activities and excursions. The hosts were amazing! Great hospitality, always friendly and very good company. The house is very Well located , in a safe neighbourhood and close to the city Zadar.
