Location was awesome. Within 1 mile of all attractions we wanted to visit. Apartment was clean. Communication before and during stay was good.

Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6 other cars also received tickets as well. No fan in bathroom. No place to hang a towel on. Where was the towel rack? Need new living room furniture! Full length mirror, better curtains for privacy. Create off street parking in backyard. Vacant lots equal parking lots. Make it happen. Also requested 2 more pillows, never got them either.

Personally I hate all types of bugs and there were flying insects. I was not comfortable and ended up only staying one night.

My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The apartment was a 15 min walk to the Niagara State Park. We would stay at this place again should we revisit the falls.

The place is clean and well equipped as description. The place is in walking distance to the falls. I remove one star due to two issues. First the wall was thin and I could hear my neighbors. Two, we asked the landlord if we could leave our luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after checkout time and they said no.
