8.0The hot tub was very hot which was very nice and the access to the beach was good also.
− You had to pay for laundry to be cleaned an no quarter machine on site.
We had a great time and the unit was comfortable but could use some repairs and updates. Not sure it was worth the price
7.0Location was great. Parking plentiful. View was spectacular.
− The unit itself needs updates and repair. Mold on a fabric chair. Light bulbs mismatched or missing. Unpainted sheet rock repair. Vent cover on microwave missing.
We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others. Location was excellent and the unit was very clean!
8.0Location, cleanliness, bedroom set up was perfect for our group.
− Not enough towels, washcloths, dish towels. No icemaker on refrigerator and no ice trays to make ice cubes. Bed pillows were flat and firm.
It was ok but I won’t be back
4.0− The idea of not having a washer and dryer in the unit.. in the 15 years I’ve stayed in a condo have I not had a washer and dryer. Also the fact that there is no change machine to get quarters.. I will not return to this condo
