10.0The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always happy to assist in any way. Rooms were well maintained, clean with very comfortable bedding all in a great location so close to Venice’s sites and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The breakfast and afternoon cocktails were a highlight for us.

10.0The hotel and decor is lovely. An easy walk to everything. We enjoyed a nightcaps in the bar which has an authentic Venice feel. Carlo the bartender is a gem.

10.0My partner and I had a brilliant stay on a break to Venice for ber birthday. The hotel was beautifully designed, well located and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My partner has significant dietary requirements and the staff could not have been more accommodating, which took away a lot of stress. The pre-stay communication was also excellent.
