1.0I am very upset that I was not able to tidy my room or properly use the amenities during my stay. Every time I asked for something, the answer was always "no." When I requested towels, I was told no. When I asked for a garbage bag, the answer was no. When I asked for a broom, again, no. I even asked for toilet paper and was told no. I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper from a store. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The woman at the front desk consistently had an attitude and never seemed interested in helping. Instead of offering assistance or alternatives, she simply responded with "no" to every request. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated throughout my stay. I stayed for more than 8 days and spent over $2,000 USD, which is a significant amount of money in Korean won. For the amount I paid, I expected basic customer service and essential supplies to be provided. This is not what I would consider a normal hotel experience. If you are visiting from the United States, I would strongly recommend staying at an American-branded hotel where customer service standards are more consistent. Most importantly, always read the reviews before booking. I wish I had paid closer attention to them before choosing this property.
