− 시설 관리 미흡. 화장실 등이 안꺼지고. TV 전원도 안꺼져서 숙면 방해됨. 프론트도 전화 안받음.

− 시설이 전반적으로 다 깨끗한데, 변기 비데 노즐이 엄청 더러웠음. 비데노즐은 전혀 청소하지 않은것 같음. 다른 요소들이 깨끗하고 엄청 관리가 잘 되어 있는거 같은데 비데노즐이 엄청 더러워서 갭이 너무 컸음.

10.0생각보다 너무 깔끔하고 시설도 좋고 친절해서 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 마산역에서 도보 5분정도 거리라 밤늦게 도착했음에도 안전하게 체크인했어요. KTX역앞이라 대중교통도 편해서 창원이나 진해로 이동하기 편리했습니다.
