7.0Nice design New and clean Le Labo amenities
− Pool (which was the main reason for our booking) was closed for unknown reasons. No spa. Very friendly staff except for one receptionist who stood out as being almost stubbornly unaccommodating. Overpriced considering location.
Would not recommend this hotel. Overpriced!
4.0Modern nicely presented hotel
− Room not available until 3:30 pm despite various assurances that it was nearly ready. Pool not available due to maintenance. Very disappointing as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Attitude of staff! Fridge in room not working. No spare toilet paper in room.

An exceptional stay with amazing service — truly felt like a home away from home.
10.0The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive that we genuinely felt at home. The concierge team was exceptional — they arranged all of our dinner reservations and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Mark from the concierge team; he was amazing and truly made our stay even more special.
