− It was extremely cold, not enough heating in a house that big and that old. Windows in small bedroom didn’t close properly. The linen was cheap and still had tags on them. Should have been pre washed. There was very little cutlery, not enough even for the four of us, and the house sleeps up to 9. The main bedroom at poor ventilation, I woke up to a damp bed. When. Notified about the heating issue, I wasn’t helped at all. It was way overpriced and would not recommend at all.

2.0My Bed was comfortable that’s about a liked about it. I don’t even know whether the sheets of my daughter’s bed was clean.
− I’ll surprised they could even rent this place out quite dirty ran down wall cracked basin cracked dirt under the beds windows filthy and cobwebs. I could go on and on a very very disappointed and feel. I should have my money back well some of it anyway.
Pleasant stay
8.0Location was great. Walking distance to shops and beach. House was clean. Beds were great, shower was great. Kitchen was good with good appliances.
− Need more couches near TV. Dining chairs felt flimsy and uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a space to sit outside.
Terribly run down property with health and safety hazard.
1.0Did not like it at all, this property is terrible.
− Terribly run down house inside and out. Questionable neighbourhood, wobbly floor tiles (safety hazard!!!), a hole and some big cracks in the wall which is full of dark marks. Nasty smell all throughout the house, cobwebs and mould. DO NOT book this place if you want to have a good holiday.
I will probably not return

− Spiders and spider webs in entire home (pictures and videos available for proof) (mould in house (health and safety hazard) grass was not mowed not safe to sit or be outside

A damage deposit of AUD 495 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
