6.0The unit is in the Allegro building so when looking for Southside Serviced Apartments, you cannot see that name anywhere. It was fine for me as I just wanted an overnight stay to see a concert at QPac. Location is excellent. Instructions were clear. Overall - good

6.0There is mould on the ceiling, bathroom drain was filthy, the bed head attached to bedside so split cup of tea when I leant back in bed. No hand soap.

10.0As I was on my own, I felt safe and other guests very quiet and friendly. Only downside was a homeless person sitting out the front on the wall all of the time, however didn't bother me in anyway.

10.0Well maintained and neat property. Great check in instructions and convenient location. Bed was on the firm side for our taste but might suit others. Would stay again.
