− We wouldn’t recommend paying for the dinner if it’s not included in your the price of your stay. The food is very basic. There is not great options for dietary requirements and get to breakfast early as hot food is left to go cold.

1.0− I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was unacceptable. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving any concerns. The room was in very poor condition and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. It was clear that the hotel does not properly maintain its rooms or prioritize the guest experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels stays I have ever had. Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and substandard rooms made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements.

− Here’s a concise but impactful review: Very disappointing stay. The room was small with poor views and was not cleaned unless we specifically requested it. Our bed sheets were never changed during our stay, and dirty tea cups were left in the room without being replaced. There was no coffee machine, and only one power socket, meaning we had to choose between plugging in the mini fridge or the kettle. The breakfast was extremely basic, consisting of cereal in plastic bags and toast. After the first day, there were no clean teaspoons available, and staff repeatedly told us they had run out. The bar and restaurant were closed for our entire stay, as were the swimming pool and spa due to maintenance. To make matters worse, the hot water ran out on Saturday, which led us to leave a day early. Overall, the facilities and service fell well below expectations, and we would not stay here again.
