8.0Kids loved the PS5 and access to TV channels. loved kitchen and local supermarket details given. Location great, easy access to tube.
− Did not have access to my emails on my phone, had to get my son to check my emails at home for exact location and access codes. Travelling early so never thought to check emails before I left. Tried to phone contact number but no reply. If he hadn't been available I would have been stuck, without exact location and access.
Great place, excellent service and responsiveness. Definitely not accessible with young kids in a stroller.
8.0− As much as we loved the apartment, the stairs leading downstairs to the entrance are steep and very, very challenging with young toddlers and a stroller. It requires multiple back and forth trips to get everyone and everything down from the street level.
I would book it again❤️

Beautiful apartment , if they fix noise issue
7.0The apartment was beautiful and well fitted out. In a good location for our needs.
− Basement unit with precarious stairs when carrying suitcases. We were woken at 2.30am both mornings by a large buzzing sound that went for hours and we were unable to sleep. Advised owner/ manager and issue was not rectified. Ruined our time in London
