10.0Great spot, plenty to do for the family
− On our last night, someone had parked in our car park (whom im guessing wasnt suppossed to, as the parking garage was full?), so we had to park down the hill. Made it difficult to load our luggage for the trip home. Probably NOT the resorts fault, someone took advantage of the spot while we went out for dinner.

8.0the stay was pretty good. the staff were friendly. great location and some good recreational activities. appreciate the stay nonetheless.
− communication on arrival was not great about whether we could check-in earlier (from the usual 4pm). we were left thinking it'd be 30-45m since 1:30pm or so but ended up checking in at 3:40pm. no biggie, it's just that we weren't sure whether to take out our groceries that needed refrigeration.
