Great condo and location! Terrible customer service! No towels, told drive to office to get them!
5.0Location was wonderful!!! Condo was as pictured and nice.
− Had to go to another location to get keys, hard to find! Absolutely NO customer service!! We requested hot tub towels, a day later we were told we could drive to their office 9am-2pm and get them which interrupted our ski day. (they also had quite an attitude that we were bothering them!) Cleaners were in and out all day maybe they could have coordinated with them OR supply hot tub towels for clients when they arrive.
