No shampoo, wow!
2.0Two free caramel wafer snacks, cleaning lady is very kind.
− Run down property, there was no shampoo!! Just body wash. Very very thin walls hear everything, non-responsive non-helpful remote team, quite overpriced for what you get. Not that central but minor point compares to earlier.
Fantastic self catering apartment, had everything we needed. Was spotless too.

Comfortable stay in handy location but closer attention to detail would be good.
7.0Close to walk into aviemore for drinks and food. Nice to have a little terrace and smart tv. Bed very comfortable and good shower Helpful to have a fridge and microwave but there isn’t a hob - just fyi.
− We’d made clear we needed a twin room but the bed was made up as a double on arrival with instructions for a pull out bed - not great for a birthday celebration trip with my sister. A previous occupants clothes were still in the wardrobe and the bedside lamp didn’t work. All of these issues were rectified the following day after we’d fedbqck through messaging which was appreciated. Shame for it to be the case in the first place though. Small bugbear but no shelving or hooks in the bathroom mean no where for toiletries etc.

8.0The location is very handy for the Cairngorms Nationalpark. There is parking available and all the amenities you’ll need.
− Our room was a little tight to fit two people with luggage. We had to step on top of each other to get anywhere. But everything else was fine

It was well located and I appreciated the fridge, kettle and microwave

− There was no ability to dry my swimming stuff and I would have liked a toaster in the room. The wardrobe space was poor as the clothing shelf was so high up. I felt using up this space for an ironing board which I didn’t need at all was not sensible
