Absolutely horrendous as we never got into the apartment AND we’ve still not got our money back

− Everything……we were left standing outside trying to get in at 2am
Love Rothesay and if apartment was cleaned up a bit ,we be back

− Cleanliness of apartment could be alot better ,,heating never came on till night time ,,Carpets needed cleaned,, living room door handle kept falling of ,,so we were unable get in and out the door safely,,,good size flat ,, with a few area painted and cleaned up it could be great accommodation.
