− dishes were greasy, dirty windows and the dishwasher had a terrible smell.

Just what we needed!
10.0You could see and hear the sea from the property. The beach was a 2 minute walk as was the shopping centre. Balcony was perfect for a cup of tea and people watching. Could see the ruins of hastings castle from the balcony. The ceilings are high and the property has original single pane windows (if a light sleeper i suggest ear plugs as seagulls are noisy🤣). Pictures dont do the property justice. Also dont forget shower gel like i did😅 wasnt an issie though as an abundance of shops within two minutes of property. Great base if you want to go to rye, battle or camber, which are all 20-30 minute drive.
