Good location but very average facilities.
3.0The location is great! The staff were also super responsive and kind.
− Granted there’s a heatwave but the windows didn’t really open. There was one tiny table fan in 3 rooms to cool the place down. There are only two bathrooms and the drainage wasn’t very good in them. The carpets are quite grimy but admittedly these are probably from guest use.

− Getting the check in / building code was a pain, very poor communication with the Epic staff. Once we finally did get in, the drains weren’t working in either shower (would flood within 2 minutes of turning the shower on). No response from staff after two inquiries. Left and booked a hotel.

10.0The location and size of the apartment was great. We loved it! Would return.
− Getting the access codes so close to check in did stress me out a little. Also, we paid a lot to check in earlier. 2pm i think is suitable for a check in time instead of 3pm.

9.0Location. Cleanliness .Lovely beds and apartment. Gorgeous high ceilings. Very swish.
− Lack of some kitchen items like tea towel, more plates, cafetiere, some issues with door code not working

8.0Great location, very good accommodation. Well laid out and nice and modern.
− It was rather hot in the apartment but not to the point where you can’t stay there. Just my personal preference. The shower leaked in the main bathroom but the staff were quick to clean up.

− Quite loud first thing in morning with seagulls it actually woke me up at 5.30am

We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)
Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Checks and bank transfers will not be accepted.
Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.
