5.0We stayed in this location several times before and we like how close it is to shops and restaurants plus the pool.
− Unfortunately the building has some major core issues and they had to install extra support footing on the balconies which was just raw plywood with exposed metal and nails. It certainly was NOT what I wanted my kid around. The balcony is practically gone with them on it. The place was not cleaned well I was finding hair everywhere and they don't even have a vacuum in case you would like to clean. Overall we paid too dollar for a mediocre stay..

2.0DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. It was a true disappointment to not be able to use bikes at all. I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. I still have not heard from management. The property management company did text me and email me but it is clear they are not familiar with the property or location. Even finding the unit was hard. The employees in reception are nice but since this is a privately owned unit they cannot help with any issues. They couldnt even help turn off the deafening smoke alarm. Had it been a real fire it would have been a disaster. A true disappointment.
