6.0This property is very dated and in need of some repair. For the most part the property was clean but had very limited numbers of towels. The bedding was clean but very old and worn. The mattress in the main bedroom was in very poor condition.

4.0I liked the overall appearance of the property, had a very unique look. Centrally located easy to find and easy check in, good communication. Over all the property was clean.The beds in the rooms are extremely uncomfortable. In the master bedroom, you sunk so far into the mattress you felt like you were sleeping on the floor. So much hard water build up in the shower heads barely enough water to shower.

6.0The property ads/promos say it is within walking distance to SUU campus. It is not. Also, none of the TV remotes seemed to be working. They were either broken or without batteries. And there was no information about how to use the TVs or entertainment system, if there even was one. There is no icemaker in the freezer and only 1 ice cube tray.
