− Plymouth City Councils fault but the bins in the car park were overflowing and there was rubbish everywhere.

Quick change of accom due to the heat for my dog and they were really accommodating and quick to reply, so great custome
8.0Very clean, well presented with good WiFi and shop facilities up on Mutley Plain.
− Although dogs were welcome which is appreciated, the nearest toilet facilities ie grass for the dog was about half a mile so needed planning.
Poor customer service, bed cleanliness not of a good standard
4.0− Issue with checking in Incorrect code provided Contact number claimed was 24/7 but had to call atleast 4/5 times before an answer Stained bedding Back entrance door broken, constantly open and easy to access
Nice stay but admin slightly disorganised
3.0Modern, fresh looking and free parking is a bonus.
− Window handle broken in living room so window can’t be secured closed. Tv in bedroom would have been a nice idea. Door code was not emailed over so was on the doorstep for 20 mins trying to ring through to office for code. Luckily it wasn’t out of hours. That was disorganised and quite stressful.
