4.0− Unfortunately the bedding was dirty and the sheet had unwashed blood on it, and it was too small. The bathroom was not clean either, the floor was also dirty.

− No parking The milk provided had been expired over a year and 5months Lack of toiletries and the toilet had a bad smell after every flush It’s was so hot all the time but that was understandable as the house is proper insulated

1.0Unprofessional host never refunded £300 deposit just because two of my fiends came over.
− Host robbed us of £300 deposit and did not respond to messages just because two of my friends visited! They accused us of prostitution even though it was a family trip! Truly shocking! Even called the police and police was satisfied there was nothing going on. Your deposit is not safe here they will use any excuse to not give it Back!

Really enjoyed a comfortable stay this modern apartment
9.0Great property, easy location to find, clean and comfortable, it was a quiet and pleasant stay, lovely spacious rooms with private bedroom, facilities in working condition, good communication with staff. Amenities were also close by.
− Couldn’t work out the shower, it didn’t disrupt our stay too much as we used took a relaxing bath instead. Parking was a bit of a faff as the location was a bit further than expected once parked it was around a 5 minute walk to the apartment.
