Lovebugs were flying around inside the bedroom until we bought some Raid and killed them. We didn't sleep in the bed because they were flying around and a few were in the bed (I removed the bugs from the bed) and that just gave us the heebie jeebies. We slept on the futons in the living room. I didn't take pictures of the bathtub because I was in the tub when I saw the soap scum on the shower shelving and the hair on the wall. Some of the towels should be replaced. Some are worn with bleach patches on them. The linen closet was dishoveled. The beach chairs on the balcony were badly rusted. I don't like to complain and I understand the unit represents old Florida but it's the lack of cleanliness and unkept look of things require the owners eye to see what I'm talking about. I didn't take pictures of everything but we had events to attend this past weekend and had no time for it. We shouldn't have had to feel like we were "roughing it" but we did.

This place was disgustingly filthy. I have been sick all week after staying in this dirty infested condo. Horrible experience. Construction all over the building and dust covering everything. Paper covered the hallways and the drop ceiling had multiple holes and wires hanging from ceiling. Exit signs were dangling from the ceiling in the hallway which was creepy and dirty. Hugs and leftover food found on property. Also the curtains did not even close all the way so there is absolutely NO PRIVACY. Everyone on beach can see directly inside. Honestly the only positive was that the owner did communicate. There are SO many other places on beach and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTHY PLACE.

Ok,it has to be said the property is a little dated. If you're looking for the most up to date features, this one is not for you. BUT. The property is wonderfully maintained, well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stellar.Lots of room, beach amenities stored in the closets fro you to use, a wonderfully comfotable memory foam bed, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The shower water pressure was a little weak is my only real complaint. Wonderful communication with the owner - before we arrived, Drew provided us with a detailed list of all the amenities as well as a listing of local destinations and attractions. Informative and useful! We will absolutely be back again.

The location and the view from the condo is amazing. Unfortunately the condo was extremely dated. The mattress were very worn and uncomfortable. Then there’s the bathroom from the late 50’s to early sixties. Basically the entire condo needs a serious overhaul.
