10.0Cute little condo, quiet building. Close to convention center at half the price of local hotels. Tea/coffee/cocoa/ice available. Shampoo/body wash/hygiene products/laundry detergent provided, which was helpful since I'm dumb and forgot body wash. A block away from Crown Burger and next to a gas station. Would choose again if i ever need to come to SLC again.

10.0This apt was extremely comfortable and safe. The gated parking was great. Fully equiped for cooking and amazing coffee mugs! Great communication with owner and very flexible. We were there for the Kilby block musical festival and it was very convinient.
