2.0While the property was beautiful it was a basement unit (to my surprise) and the noise from above us was intolerable. We could hear Every step from upstairs and the insulation between floors was so poor that you could even hear people talking from upstairs.

10.0Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part)
