10.0After vacationing in Summit County for more than 30 years this was the most comfortable condo we've experienced. The attention to detail made it feel like home (exceptionally clean, thick towels, excellent mattress, even a nightlight in the bathroom). Katie went beyond expectations to accommodate us.
