10.0Great property for four people who preferred a living room instead of a hotel lobby to hang out in together. Just needed for one night until our guide arrived for a week of hiking. We walked to downtown anchorage - sidewalks and light traffic made it easy, but it was .8 miles so it was a short (20 min?) walk to town.
