10.0I definitely recommend this property for an extended stay in the Pagosa Springs area. It's location was perfect...very quiet area - close to a McDonald's for a quick breakfast before leaving for the day - and the townhouse had all the amenities you could ask for.

10.0Beautiful home with amazing furniture! Truly a cozy warm stay in the beginning of winter. Everything was nice and clean. Perfect beds and kitchen. The sidewalks were even shoveled after a snow storm. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

8.0Nice location on the West side of Pagosa Springs. You definately need a car to get where you want to go in the area but the house is within walking distance to to a coffee shop and grocery. Nice space and room to relax and enjoy. The outdoor firepit patio was a bit tight but has a nice view over the open space.

8.0This property was very cozy and well kept. The only thing is they need to make sure to put garbage bags only 1 was left? Are stay was 5 days. They need to get a ladder and clean the ceilings lots of spider webs. The exhaust fan in the smaller bathroom is falling please check, Unfortunately, the first night of our stay someone stole our over head cross bars with rake breaking our windshield the property guest lady said they have no outside security cameras .... I really recommend cameras be placed the police office said this would help stop crime.
