Everything was perfect; cleanliness, provisions, comfort, communication, location and hosts! One guest cleans a holiday let for a very fussy owner and said the property would pass her standards! If any of us return to the IOW we will stay at this property, either as a group of friends or with our families.

Beautiful home in a great location Fiona and Neil went above and beyond ensuring we had a fantastic welcome pack. Off street secure parking and the garden was an added bonus. Beds were super comfy, lots of cupboard space with hangers. Kitchen had everything we needed so didn't need to eat out all the time.

The owners, Fiona and Neil were in contact after booking to give us arrival information and for us to give updates re our arrival time etc - The apartment has off street parking and the accommodation was a lot bigger than expected and home from home. So much thought has gone into what you may need during your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped which was very useful. The apartment is light and airy, extremely clean and comfortable . Its the small touches that made us feel welcome from the welcome supplies such as Milk, bread, orange juice, eggs, cereal etc - to the welcome card, bottle of wine and chocolates and due to the warm weather Fiona had put a fan in each room. There is a local Spa grocery store, 2 minutes walk along the road which was convenient. There were local information leaflets available in the apartment and and we received a message after checking into for us to let them know if we needed anything else! I seriously could not think of anything!!!! We would definitely stay again.

− Shower curtain was a bit awkward, but this is a really minor thing and just took getting used to, would not stop us staying there again!!

Fiona and Neil were the perfect hosts. Could not do enough for you. The apartment was fully furnished and stocked. including a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates, and fruit. Cupboards even had provisions that we normally take.

− Only had one bathroom toilet for the 3 rooms, although same as I have at home.
