Do not book this place !!!! They canceled and didn’t notify me on the day i was leaving. Stay far away

The refrigerator/freezer does not work. Ice trays were filled with water before we arrived Friday. They were still water when we left early Sunday. The "welcome" book was tucked away and had way too many pamphlets in it to sort through. TVs in the bedrooms didn't work. Remote for the living room needs new batteries. Shower in the hall does not work. Shower in the master bath had barely any pressure. There was hair left in each bathtub that did not belong to anyone in my party. The sign for the building "136" is a piece of paper in a plastic protector and it's falling apart. I reached out to the contact information provided and no one got back to me. I am disappointed. This place wasn't cheap. I would have been better off staying at a motel.

Refrigerator didn't work oven, didn't work low water pressure in showers and the smell of marijuana coming through the outside door from the next door Was not a comfortable stay remote for the living room tv didnt work spent more than i feel i should have due to having to go out to eat due not being able to keep anything in the refrigerator the only good thing was the coffee maker worked will never rent this place again. And i emailed about the problem and never got anything back i feel like i should have got some kind of refund

This property was very unclean. Clearly no one took the time out to clean up after the last stay ( whenever that was. My 7 year old found an old pre roll under the couch, the dishes and pots were gross. The cups were stuck to the cabinet I didn't even want to make coffee. No water pressure in the bathrooms so showers were impossible! There was no soap to wash our hands… I'm sorry hand soap is the minimum!!! I gave three stars for how close it was to Aquatopia which is where we went, but this little rental is run down and really the owner needs to take better care of it for the price it cost to stay. I paid almost $700 for two nights in this place and they had the audacity to refund me $100!! After my complaint. Just don't stay here! Take your money and go elsewhere. This place is gross!
