9.01) The inside updates, decor were amazing! 2) we enjoyed the outside seating 3) we loved that we didn’t have to completely clean the house for it to be cleaned- for which we have to pay in fees. I always find that curious & VERY impressed that this owner/agency was upfront with the fees & were reasonable in the check out process.
− 1) The main bedroom has two sets of windows. One window set of windows really needs curtains b/c there is a fairly large gap people can see into the bedroom from outside. A set of curtains will fix that. 2) there were no wash pods like the instructions said would be there. 3) the grass needs to be maintained & there is a bike rusting in the front yard- not sure if it’s decor, but does not look purposeful.

10.0It was quiet but close to stores, food, etc. The owner was great, very accommodating. Our 1st time doing this sort of thing and he was very helpful.
− Since my mom has a walker she stated that moving around in it was a little hard.
It was a nightmare
2.0We checked in Tuesday night. As it was time to shower and go to bed the toilets started flooding. It was coming up through the showers and tubs. We were unable to use the water or bathrooms at all!
− We had to leave at 6:45am the next morning due to not having a restroom to use.

8.0Excellent location and very clean. As I was there during an abnormally hot period, for the Pacific Northwest, it would have been nice had the house had air conditioning... As the house got a bit warmer than I like. That said, everything else was very nice. And, as long as it's not during very warm weather, I would highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive.
