No air conditioning! No on-site parking! The fact that this unit was unairconditioned was not disclosed. I found out that I had to ride a shuttle up the mountain from the parking lot to the building when I received check-in information, which was weeks after booking and paying. There was only 1 portable fan for the entire unit, and large holes in the window screens. The "local" representative, BnB Hyperion, was in Florida. They did not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls over the weekend. I finally talked to someone when I called again on Monday. Two days later, I received an emailed response saying that "the building, which has been in existence for over 40 years, was constructed without air conditioning. . . . We are considering the installation of ceiling fans in the future, provided space allows in the meantime, you're welcome to open the windows to enjoy the natural breeze." The age of the building was not known when booking, and our family staying in a unit on the second floor had air conditioning, indicating that some owners had made improvements in the past 40 years. The night of our arrival, there were thunderstorms. It was over 85 degrees for 3 days in a row. It was too hot to sleep. We spent our whole vacation dreading returning to our accommodations!

No hot water. Only 1 towel in master bedroom. Beds were not king size. They were small full size beds. Not fit for 2 people. Expected house BNB with accessible. This was an apt on the 9th floor. I was unable to use my disable daughters wheelchair scooter. Did not fit in elevator. My start was horrible and I want compensation on full refund. Three TVs and none of them had reception. The night before leaving I received 2 towels and TVs fixed upon going to sleep to check out the following morning. I text owner and had no respond until the night bfore checking out.

I went solo to unplug and this place did not disappoint. Views were amazing, very clean. Updated decor reminded me of my own home, so I was very comfortable. Explored the area and it was so easy to get around. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Including a FAN. Which was amazing! I left the windows open and it was still chilly. I will definitely be back in the fall/winter season. Loved watching the ski lift even in the summer. Owner was always responsive when I had a question. The only thing I would change is comfortable patio chairs. Maybe something to be able to lounge and relax while relaxing and enjoying all of Gods creation. Maybe some Adirondack chairs and a table. Other than that.. PERFECTION.

My stay here for 2 nights was better than expected. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with amazing views and amenities including indoor pool, gym, 2 saunas and 2 hot tubs. I highly recommend staying here.
