10.0The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We loved how close it was to Siesta Key Beach! Our host , Sheri was helpful and communicative.. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

10.0From the outset - communications were exceptional, unit was clean, well furnished, excellent for what we needed; quiet, everything just worked. Great location - if you're looking for a safe, clean, easy in and out location in Sarasota near Siesta Key bridge - this is it! We'll be back, highly recommend

6.0Overall decent value for the money. Property is on a busy road, so the bedroom on the traffic side is very noisy. There is a sound machine with ambient noise that helps. The carpet, especially in the high traffic area, is stained and should really be replaced.
