10.0We really appreciated the support received by the owner. We had a minor reservation glitch, which was solved quickly. The owner went the extra mile to ensure out stay was perfect. Sole downside was our failure to book a condo with a screened balcony instead of a walkout patio. Our miss. Had us constatly watching our pet wouldn't wander off. Lesson learned.
