Cheap and Cheerful Chalet for a basic break
7.0Parking directly outside accommodation was great, proximity to shops was useful. The chalet was very clean and tidy.
− The site the chalet is on is very rundown, no Wifi in chalet, beds were uncomfortable but appreciate that is a personal thing.

8.0The home itself I couldn't fault except for me the mattress was a little uncomfortable.
− The mattress; the fact there was no staff to help you on site. You have to rely on other holiday makers if you need help and the fact that it didn't specify that Hemsby holiday homes have lots of different sites and that the site we needed was florida site. I Had to contact the host to find out that, and disturb her holiday.

7.0Lovely clean, furnished property. Toys were provided for little ones and some snacks were left for us. The host was very friendly in communications.
− The property had a very strong smell of mould and the ceiling in the extra bedroom looked like it could cave in.
