We showed up to no hot water - someone failed to turn on the electric to the hot water heater. No wash cloths, found them clumped in the dryer where they had been washed and not dried so everything dried together. Rewashed them only to find out that the washer is broke and woke drain - wouldn't have worked anyway because the dryer is broke. ... the internet is up and down all day - creates a horrible work status for a business owner.... and to top it all off the TV in the master suite won't even turn on - and the internet is so horrible the TV in the living room will not connect... it times out... And I have a fund week of this. The agency will not answer the phone I've called 4 times, I've received a 'sorry' email with an offered discount from the agency. I asked for towels to be dropped off and I've yet to hear back from anyone...

We were delighted with the property location on HH and fact that there were less than 10 steps to enter the condo. The lake view from the balcony/living room/master bedroom is amazing, with awesome sunsets nightly. Kitchen was nice and adequately equipped for cooking and we were pleased to find one living room chair was even a recliner. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was spacious. Comfortable. Lacked enough towels and wash cloths. Lacked instructions on operating TV and appliances. Bed's good. Over all nice, would rent again.
