Property was dirty, stains on bed and sofa, didn’t smell too great. Area is noisy too but check in was easy

This hotel is lying to you. The listing and property pictures show King beds, but you will not get a King bed. You mught not even get a mattress. We rented two apartments for 3 nights, both listed as King bed apartments. When we arrived, there were 3 fulls and one queen. One of the full beds waa a thing pad/duvet on top of the box spring. The property is hard to find. They give you a direct address, but take you through a dark alley with nearly no lighting and the sign is only visible from directly in front of the doorway. We circled the block a couple times, to the point that locals asked if we needed help. They said they help people multiple times a week to find it because it is so hard to find. The alley way is dirty and smells like human waste. Even aftwr complaining so it was cleaned up, it still had waste every where. The entwrance to the building also smells, so even though they blame the businesses in the area, it is also them. The WiFi is unstable and may not even work. We had issues with it being unavailvke 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Hotels.com will not support you in this false listing. They say the property had an inflexible refund policy, so they cannot do anything. Do not belthe rating. It is bolstered by two high marks from the same person at the beginning. Not sure if that is part of the scam or if they’ve just gone that far downhill.

Very bad stay at Charles hope apartments. The apartment was very disgusting,dirty,no security,no reception,entry from back side where they keep all garbage containers. The picture look very nice but it’s definitely not like pictures at all!! Broken furniture,smell Of smoke, there is absolutely no maintenance!

The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security. the front door was usually left open and the second entrance where there was an outside door was usually open as well. The last day we were there someone had actually ripped the electronic lock out of the door.

The property is amazing and has clean and spacious rooms with all amenities as listed. The area is quite silent nearby the entrance and was smelly due to the garbage bins of the nearby buildings. The operator are quite efficient in communication and helped to resolve our heater issue immediately.
