Comfortable stay in a great location with safe parking.

Location and size. Host Michael was very welcoming. Parking included too.

− Did not have enough towels 2 and 1 hand towel for 3 people. There was only 1 very soft pillow each.

The apartment was mostly a decent size with a sizable balcony. The kitchen was well appointed with every appliance and two bathrooms.

− Bedrooms were small with double beds not big enough for two. Needs some maintenance ie. Furniture doors hanging off and bathroom door handle also hanging off and no hairdryer. Open food was left in the refrigerator.

Awful experience with a total lack of hygiene

Location and parking

− Hygiene! Beds were still slept when we arrived. Place wasn’t cleaned. We left for about 2hours in order for them to tidy up the place, which only partially happened. We didn’t receive new pillow sheets, also 1 bed only had a duna without a cover. Dirty stains on the sheets. Fridge that smelled awful. In general really dirty place. Never experienced a welcome like that. Owner was not really taken responsability for the inconvenience. He did say we would get a partial refund, so I hope that will actually happen eventually, but I’m not sure he will be a man of his word. The pictures were taken upon arrival.

Location was fantastic. 5 min walk to the station, and 5 min walk to the Brewery with loads of shops, movies, restaurants, things to do etc.

− Had not been cleaned at all. I spent our first few hours having to clean both bathrooms, sweeping and mopping the floors, disinfecting (the bathroom garbage had not been emptied and smelled like urine), the kitchen, etc. baseboards were full of built up dirt and dust, same with the window shutters… The outside space where you could sit and relax was a nice space however we didn’t use it because it was not clean. There were no hand towels available, found dirty ones for the kitchen shoved into a space by the bin.. one of the beds is only a single not a double. No laundry soap, no paper towel and not enough towels for showering. I ended up having to go to the shop and purchase paper towel, laundry soap, disinfectant floor wipes, extra hand soap and a towel. The flat is in a very nice apartment complex. The flat itself could be really nice. It is just such a shame that it was so unkept and that I had to clean it in order to feel comfortable for myself and kids to use the facilities and stay. I feel as though I should be reimbursed some of the rental fee as I did a cleaners job and brought the apartment up to par for the next customer to be able to come and enjoy the apartment without it being filthy.
