− The property has no parking, the mattress is directly on the floor and there was a strong odor of animal urine.
Great little place - nice touches. Great location.
10.0Loved the space. Loved the location. It was perfect to walk to Tuffys and downtown.
− The price was a bit high. We stayed a Sunday night - not high season - and for only one night. The room was $78 plus $75 cleaning fee + taxes. A little silly. The place was almost untouched after a quick 14 or so hours there.

6.0Wobbly/Unsafe Plastic Stairs to upper “bedroom” | Mattress on the floor | Safety Railing near bed unsafe/loose | Hole in the wall with exposed plumbing, filled with paper towels | No screens in the windows | Room was extremely cold with no thermostat - tiny spacer heater ran 24/7 did not help | Private outdoor area shared with other renters | Door has a clear draft where you can see the light from the outside | $30 early check-in fee | No labeled designated smoking area with fee for smoking outside the “smoking area” | Very polite and very cool interior murals/decor | Spacious fridge/freezer | Walkable to ‘main ave’
