8.0The studio Apt. Was excellent but the let out couch bed was not comfortable at all & as a guest me & my wife had to make our own bed & take out the trash as guest that’s not expected of us to do

10.0We stayed a couple days during the week of July 4th. Great location right by the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool more than the beach.

4.0Found hair in the supposedly clean bath towels. Toliet always running. No tv remote. Floors were sandy when we arrived. Dishes looked dirty so we didnt use. Hard to open door. Give 3 different keys and not told which one was for door or what the other 2 were for. Everything smelled of smoke. Not to happy with this place. Will not be back. Pictures were nothing like the hotel.

10.0We only stayed a couple days but it was super comfortable and clean. Love that we had efficiency rooms to do a bit of cooking. This place allows smoking on grounds but not in rooms. Being a smoker, I appreciated that but I also appreciated how respectful all the smokers were, including myself. Lots of receptacles available and they are kept clean and organized. It IS possible to be a respectful and clean smoker. Pool area is gorgeous and this place is right on the beach! We really had a nice time and felt very comfortable there.

10.0Great little property, staff was really nice & timeshare owners were friendly. (Except for the rowdy ones next door at Fantasy II.) Bathroom a tad small, but it's an older property. Murphy bed was comfortable. Having a dehumidifier in the room was ok, just had to unplug when we didn't want it running.

8.0It's a little strange how the check-in and check-out process works. We arrived at night, I had already called earlier and the keys were in an old locker, we had the password, everything worked out. There was a leak in the refrigerator and it was fixed in the morning but no credit was offered for the inconvenience. Complimentary parking was great.
