8.0Location was brilliant and it felt a very safe place to stay. The apartment provided an excellent base for me to visit my brother in UCLH hospital.
− It wasn’t as clean as I had expected - cups in the cupboard and cutlery in the drawers had to be washed before use and there were hairs on the bedside tables and crumbs on the table when I arrived. The bathroom light didn’t work and overall the apartment felt like it needed a bit of tlc. Two dishwasher tablets were provided for a six night stay, no washing up liquid or washing powder and only 4 teabags for an apartment to accommodate 4 people for a week. Having stayed in several other properties in this area I was surprised by this.
