10.0House with a great view of the town and the ocean. Everything you need for living was there, appliances/spices/shower set and space for two small cars or van.
− The only downside is someone started building another villa in front of the house and most likely in a few months or a year part of the view of the mountains will be hide, but as of 05.2026 everything is fine
