10.0Comfortable and friendly environment! Beautiful space with clean facilities. The Staff of exceptional! Loved relaxing at their outdoor dining area the staff was very hospitable and the drinks and coffee were wonderful!
− I guess there isn’t much of a spectacular view but we didn’t have a balcony room and not a deal breaker for us.

INCREDIBLE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
10.0NINE DOTS was the definition of good hospitality. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were blow away by the complimentary snacks and services they offered us upon our arrival. The pool and wine/cheese tasting were especially enjoyable. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our robes and slippers. Having coffee and snacks available free of charge made our journey that much easier. The free airport shuttle was so helpful in easing the stress of a long travel day. The hotel is in a great location, very walkable. We really enjoyed all the little special moments and surprises for us during our stay, wish we would have stayed longer!
− The room was very tight/small which made it a bit difficult to open our suitcases comfortably and the bathroom was a bit tight/dark which made it a little difficult for 2 people to get ready in.

7.0Nous avons apprécié le design de l'hotel avec le magnifique spa vouté. Le restaurant et/ou le bar offre de très bon repas. Le petit déjeuner aussi est très complet et pour tous les goûts.
− Le champignon qui a poussé à l'entrée de la douche ainsi que le cafard dans la chambre des enfants. Le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours dans les chambres.
