Cool place but water temperature also cool
8.0Shower/ bathroom spacious and new but hot water temperature not high enough so shower uncomfortable. Nightshift porter like a robot, no emotions, cold reception on late night check in.
Felt like a student again
6.0This is a unit in a students building, it’s just a room which was ok but a few things to point out. Was a room for two but only 1 chair and an adult high chair. The bright lights are either full on or off…. There is 1 light above the bed so it quite blinding. The view looks into a bird pooped wall through a dirty window. The stay was ok but wouldn’t stay there again…

4.0Room itself was ok, however it hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were dirty glasses, beer bottles, used towels and a dirty toilet to greet me on arrival.

6.0The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff at the front desk also are very helpful. The actual Charles hope staff are not great at all. Bad communication. Difficult to get hold of. The hotel name is not Charles hope, it is the point. There is a laundry room and also a gym and cinema room which was nice. Bed very uncomfortable. Floor in room was dirty.
