9.0I liked that it is close to Porto, to the beach. The apartment itself has everything you need, clean and comfortable.
− We did not like the noise, it is close to the street. It it takes time to get used to the noise of dogs, cars and planes.

8.0Good vale and comfortable. Nicely decorated, good amenities and large rooms,close to cafes and shops. Twenty minute walk to beach and supermarket’s.
− It would be really nice to have some outside space - especially when so hot. There are flats downstairs and when they were barbecuing and noisy it can feel a bit claustrophobic. Also an outside key safe as only having one set of keys was problematic

2.0O apartamento tinha condições.
− O senhor que nos entregou a chaves foi antipático por termos chegado 5 minutos depois das dez da noite. Falou mal e disse que tinha dores de cabeça. No fim de ter apresentado a casa pediu dinheiro por causa do atraso. O qual eu disse que tinha só multibanco e ele antipático e zangado disse que tinha que ser em dinheiro. Após isso eu disse que iria levantar dinheiro mas que precisava de um recibo. Com isto aconteceu o mais desagradável que foi ele começar a praguejar e eu ter que o convidar a sair até porque tinha os meus filhos a presenciar esse momento desagradável. No dia seguinte o portão não funcionou e não conseguia tirar o carro. Fui ajudado uma hora mais tarde pela vizinha.
