9.0Great view, Central location and comfortably furnished. Very little to fault. Generously sized rooms, plenty of storage. No problems with Wifi/broadband.
− We arrived in the middle of a hot spell and the heating was on full blast, boy was it hot. Oven was slow to heat up so if you're cooking pizza's allow plenty of time to preheat the oven. Not really child friendly.

− just be aware that there is one flight of steps to the living area plus another one to the bedrooms. All is well lit and has railings.

− We had an issue on arrival with flies which we sorted as it was not great to see, I would have given a 10 score if it was not for this. Host said he is sorting so does not happen again, did not spoil our stay
