− We didn’t receive key lock code and had to call host & stay to get this. We entered the property to unchanged bedding and towels left from the previous guests.

9.0The bungalow was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We met the handyman who was very friendly and chatty. We would certainly come again and recommend to others.
− The front and rear outer door locks were tricky to lock. Although there were nice wooden blinds in the bedrooms they still let light in and unfortunately the curtains didn't cover the windows.

1.0plenty of hot water
− lack of everyday material took a full week before anything was actioned after 5 emails. it had 1 teatowel, 1 dish cloth, less than 5mm of washing up liquid, no clean sheets and only 2 dishwasher tablets, this had to last 2 weeks. The pictures didn't show the true condition of the property

− Dripping tap in kitchen,shower in twin room broken off the wall,no oven gloves or dish cloths,lots of rugs which some where a trip hazzard,noisy location because of an event next door,conservatory smelt of smoke,and I didn't like paying £25 to cover any damages,in all the years I have rented cottages I have never been asked for a deposit that I wouldn't get back.sorry but I've stayed in better places with welcome packs,won't be back

7.0Quiet location tucked away on the golf course. Plenty of hot water and warm.
− Kitchen and contents could do with updating. Cleanliness acceptable, but some areas could be improved eg. Oven door, corners of rooms, dusty lamps.
Fabulous well set out property, well decorated, clean and well maintained. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
