8.0It is a fantastic unit, newly refurbished. Conveniently located with in 5 minute walk from Aldgate east station , from where you can take the district line to literally every where. Lots of nice curry houses in the neighboring BrickLane . The area is a little sketchy , but safe though. If you are on vacation, it may not be what you want. There is no AC. A fan must be provided for each room because if you open the window at night, it can be very very noisy as there is a convenient store across the street where a lot of people hang out till late in the night. But it is a great value for money. The interior of the building is well maintained , freshly painted and clean. There is elevator in the building , which is cool.
