6.0Nicely presented, Christmas wreath on the door and Christmas tree outside in the landing.
− There was no hot water in the sink. Had to boil the kettle to wash dishes with warm water as oily pans don't wash well with cold water. The heater supplied in the room is a standalone heater which is weak for the size of the room, so wasn't the cosiest as it was during Xmas eve with cold temperatures outside. Could have a Netflix for the property to use for guests
Terrible accommodation and unprofessional hosts. Would not recommend.

− The property was not as advertised. FAR from immaculate. A horrible smell of damp as soon as you walk in. Leftover hair and dust all over the property. I had to cancel my booking and find a hotel last minute because of how bad it was. Would not recommend to anyone.
